  • More than 5 days before arrival: full refund.
  • Less than 5 days before arrival, or during the stay: 1 night charged and 50% refund on the remaining nights (cleaning fee and tourist tax refunded as long as the stay has not started).
Date changes: on request to the host, subject to availability. A price difference may apply. Tourist tax: 5.5 % of the nightly rate per adult, capped at €3.50, plus 10 % regional surcharge (under-18s exempt). It is added to the total and included in your payment.
