Terms & conditions
Everything you are entitled to — and what is expected of you — for a clear, worry-free stay.
Cancellation
- More than 5 days before arrival: full refund.
- Less than 5 days before arrival, or during the stay: 1 night charged and 50% refund on the remaining nights (cleaning fee and tourist tax refunded as long as the stay has not started).
Date changes: on request to the host, subject to availability. A price difference may apply.
Long-stay discounts
- Weekly stay: −10 % off the accommodation from 7 nights.
- Monthly stay: −30 % off the accommodation from 30 nights.
The most favourable discount is applied automatically according to the length of stay.
Fees and taxes
- Cleaning fee: €60.00 per stay.
- Tourist tax: 5.5 % of the nightly rate per adult, capped at €3.50, plus 10 % regional surcharge (under-18s exempt). Paid to the local council, it is included in the amount paid online.
- The full price, all fees and taxes included, is shown to you before any payment.
Security deposit
A security deposit of €500.00 is required. Your card is securely held by Stripe (never by this site): no amount is charged when you book. The deposit is only taken if damage is found after your stay. If all is in order, nothing is charged.
Payment
The stay is paid in full at the time of booking, by card via Stripe secure payment. The booking is confirmed as soon as payment is received, and an invoice is sent to you by email.
House rules
- Leave the house tidy (no sand in the whole room, dishwasher empty, washing machine empty)
- Non-smoking. Pets not allowed.
- Parties and parties not allowed.
- Linen is provided.
- End-of-stay cleaning included in the cleaning fee.
